– Assisting customers with sales, service, repairs, and questions

– Answering the telephone, scheduling appointments

– Creating quotes, repair orders, invoices and accepting payments from the customer

– Ordering tires and parts with online accounts and by phone

– Communicating with Technicians pertaining to customer’s job(s)
